TYSK Holding Co., Ltd. Signs MOU with LDB Securities Sole Co., Ltd. to Prepare for IPO. On the morning of September 30, 2025, at Lao Development Bank, Nakhonlouang Branch, TYSK Holding Co., Ltd. (TYSK) and LDB Securities Sole Co., Ltd. (LDB-S) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cooperate on financial advisory services and corporate readiness for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The agreement was signed by Mrs. Kularb Saengpachan, Executive of TYSK, and Mrs. Vilaythong Thammavongsa, Managing Director of LDB-S, and witnessed by Mr. Viengkham Vansilalom, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LDB-S, together with management teams and staff from both parties. Through this MOU, LDB-S will conduct a detailed study and provide financial advisory support to TYSK, which has multiple subsidiaries including Houng Sok Co., Ltd. (Khao Nom Lao Brand). The cooperation aims to prepare TYSK for capital raising through the Lao Securities Exchange, with the objective of launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
